Current Positions

Designation: Teacher / Facilitator

Qualification: Foundational graduation and specialized certification in Early Childhood Special Education, highlighting expertise in NTT, Montessori, Early Childhood Education, and CIDTT methodologies.

Experience: 6 month plus teaching experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking female graduates with a warm personality, abundant energy, and a passion for nurturing young children in a fast-growing organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of preschool-aged children.

  • Create a warm and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn.

  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect.

  • Conduct ongoing assessments of children's progress and development, and communicate findings to parents and caregivers in a timely and constructive manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, observations, and assessments, and use data to inform instructional decisions and individualize learning experiences.

  • Participate in professional development opportunities, staff meetings, and parent-teacher conferences to support continuous growth and improvement.
