Mrs. Ruchika Bansal

Meet Ms. Ruchika, our Center Head of Crossmaze – The Hub Branch. With a strong blend of corporate experience and a deep passion for education, Ms. Ruchika is committed to nurturing young minds and creating a positive, engaging learning environment. Her leadership brings structure, innovation, and a people-centric approach that benefits both students and staff.

Ms. Ruchika holds a Graduation degree and has successfully completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. She has further enhanced her profile with a Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations, a Diploma in Advanced Yoga and Face Yoga, and certification in the Jolly Phonics program. Her diverse academic background reflects her commitment to holistic, child-centric learning.

With over 8 years of experience across finance and operations, Ms. Ruchika has been associated with globally reputed organizations such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, KPMG, and Genpact. She has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to effectively manage and mentor teams.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Ruchika is passionate about continuous learning, wellness, and mindfulness practices. Her interest in yoga contributes to creating a calm, balanced, and nurturing environment that supports the overall development of every child.

With her experience, dedication, and vision for education, Ms. Ruchika is a valuable addition to our team. We are confident that her leadership will further strengthen the learning experience at our Hub Branch.
